Order Management Business Analyst

Purpose: Teksystems is currently looking for a Order Management Business Analyst to work for our client, a leader in their respective industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintenance and support of Order Management Business Systems, including analyzing end user requirements, guidance of best practices, and program modification or creation.

Responsible for analyzing and aligning Order Management Business Systems with stated goals of the Enterprise.

Responsible for training Order Management associates in the use of Order Management Business Systems.

Provide on-going optimization of Order Management Business Systems.

Establish reporting capabilities from Order Management Business Systems.

Provide end user support for Enterprise software packages.

REQUIREMENTS

Experienced in client server concepts, web services, and relational database concepts.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or 8 to 10 years experience as an Order Management Business Systems Analyst.

Minimum eight years Order Management programming experience.
