REQUIREMENTS
Lead Analyst for EBPP work stream
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specializing in computer science, management information systems, business management or equivalent experience
- 5 to 8 years experience in one or more of the following: SQL Server, Oracle, and Visual Basic, and XML, UML, Rational Tools, use case development
- Experience preferred in ETL tools, SQL, Crystal Reports.
- Excellent creative problem solving and analytical skills are required
- Excellent verbal, listening, phone and interpersonal skills required
- Must be able to provide good written communication, to include design documents, program specifications and Acceptance Test plans
- Must have good judgment, decision-making, and follow-up skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential
- Must pay close attention to details, and be able to follow directions and work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to flow-chart the design of the project
- Prior experience with integration and interface implementations required
- Must understand data structures and how data is represented on different forms of media such as disks or tapes
- Analyze and prepare programming specifications
- Intermediate understanding of UNIX, NT, and data-mapping tools
- Intermediate understanding of relational databases
- Knowledge & experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2 preferred
- Application specific experience preferred
