Assure the staff is trained and compliant on all company and government policies and regulations. Develop initiatives to increase program profitability, reduce costs and maximize cash flow opportunities for the company. Establish strategic direction for LMSM Contracting and Procurement functions relating to organization structure, functional tools/resource assessments. Support new business development in teaming arrangements, proposal process and possible acquisitions. Represent business unit interests at the business area and corporate level. Previous experience in establishing contracts/procurement vision and executing plans to achieve company objectives.General Position Description:Manages more than one functional area in Contracts, such as contracts administration, negotiation, proposals, pricing, cost estimating.
