We have the following opportunity in our ST. LOUIS, MO location.

Primarily responsible for gathering, analyzing and summarizing activity related to the performance of the Medicare products. The analyst will be responsible for working with a variety of departments and individuals to develop the summary data needed to analyze product performance and forecast product projections. Additional responsibilities include working with IT and business teams on IT/IS initiatives as they relate to building and supporting the Medicare products (Retiree Drug Subsidy, MAPD/PDP support product and the ESI PDP).

Qualifications:


Minimum 6-8 years of experience in areas such as agency/corporate communications, publishing, and news writing.

Healthcare experience essential; pharmacy benefit management industry a plus.

Excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential information.

Strong interpersonal communication skills including conflict resolution/team management, speaking, and listening.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Ability to work under extreme pressure and strict timelines, and to prevail in a fast-paced environment.

Superior computer and time management skills.

Travel required occasionally.


Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
