It will provide broad exposure to top management (including presentation material to the Board of Directors), plant and Operating Company personnel, and Third Party Co pack Manufacturers (direct exposure to Principals). Responsibilities include development and implementation of the Enterprise Operational Investment vision for the Co pack Manufacturing category. This area represents approximately $310 million in purchases (post sale) across multiple operating companies, and would be expected to generate cost savings of $30 million over the next 3 years ($10million stretch goal annually)This position will lead ConAgra's efforts to be a world-class reciprocal Co pack Manufacturer (Companies ConAgra buys from and produces for).
It will provide broad exposure to top management (including presentation material to the Board of Directors), plant and Operating Company personnel, and Third Party Co pack Manufacturers (direct exposure to Principals).
Responsibilities include development and implementation of the Enterprise Operational Investment vision for the Co pack Manufacturing category.
This area represents approximately $310 million in purchases (post sale) across multiple operating companies, and would be expected to generate cost savings of $30 million over the next 3 years ($10million stretch goal annually) Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Technical
Significant and diverse management experience (5 years of plant operations, engineering, supply chain, distribution, and/or procurement experience preferred).
Overall marketplace knowledge with expertise in the relevant category.
Overall operations/marketplace knowledge with experience in the relevant category.
Familiarity with e-procurement technologies and systems integration preferred.
Superior project management capabilities.
