Opportunity:
A Management Trainee is hired and being developed for a leadership role within BTG at an accelerated pace. He/she has successfully negotiated his/her way through our rigorous and highly selective recruiting process and starts the customer service & sales training phase of the structured management training. The management trainee learns the business on the front lines serving the customer as every generation of BTG managers has done.

As we have grown we have been careful to maintain that entrepreneurial spirit. The general manager in our showrooms is very much an owner responsible for running the business. He/she is in charge of servicing customers, building a loyal clientele, hiring and developing people and running a profitable business.
