MANAGEMENT MANAGER to Manage entire motel; Allocate funds for each dept. Prep. Financial plan, budget, payroll income, expense reports & other statements. Implement policy decisions of owners. Coordinate service to patrons & resolve customer complaints and grievances. Inspect guest rooms, public access areas & ensure cleanliness and safety. Maintain Accounts and receipts, exp, payment of mortgage and loans. Fix room rates & process room reservations, list prospective checkouts and report availability of rooms for occupancy. Plan advertising and publicity, credit, food selection & service. Hire, train & evaluate staff of 8, prep work Schelde & assign duties for dinning room, front desk and housekeeping.
