Accounting Clerk - Perform accounting activities which includes billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, general ledger entries; and, has responsibilities related to ACH transactions and wire transfers. This position requires 2 to 3 years of education in accounting and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices. Experience in QuickBooks and Excel reporting required. Reports to Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.Account Representative - Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current membership accounts, prospects for new accounts. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to Director of SalesSales Manager - Maintains relationship and favorable contacts with current and potential membership accounts. Target potential leads and develops relationships in order to acquire new accounts. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years experience in field or related area with high volume of sales. Reports to Director of Sales.Data Analyst - Responsible for obtaining vital information from our members in order to track velocity data. Act as liaison between Information Technology Department and Customer Service Department in order to communicate which members need to be tracked and what information need to be obtained. Excel reporting and powerpoint experience a plus. This position requires an Associates Degree and 1 -2 years experience. Reports to Director of Information TechnologyReceptionist/Office Manager - Greets vendors, customers, telephone inquiries, job applicants and other visitors in a polite and courteous manner. Provides support for all communication tools including telephone, internet, winfax, and atomic email programs. Also responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently at all times in order to achieve maximum expense control and work productivity. Develops procedures for activities such as filing, record maintenance, faxing and fax distribution. Responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment. Reports to Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.
FoodService Program Trainer - Responsible for hands on instruction of food preparation, presentation and inventory management. Will also complete on-site visits to check for program compliance and training review. Reports to Director of Business Development.

(Gift Card Industry) Relies on Extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs others. Reports to Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.CFO/COO - Responsible for directing the organization's overall financial policies. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury. Design and coordinate a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Plans and directs all aspects of organizations operational policies, objectives and initiatives. Responsible for short and long term operational goals. Directs the development of organization for future growth. Reports to President/CEO.Sales Associate - Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales. Prepares sales forecasts and evaluates sales goals. Reports to US Sales Manager.
Order Processing/Fulfillment Associate - Receives and processes orders. Manages order fulfillment including order entry, administration and shipping. Oversees order tracking process and ensures orders are processed on timely basis. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and cost. Reports to Operations Manager.
