Proficient with all relevant, existing connectivity solutions available for customers to connect to the Globex Platform, its market data platform and CME Clearing systems. - Manages orders like a project lifecycle from inception to completion with all required parties from the customers to multiple vendors to inside customers. - Work with senior staff on CME infrastructure orders; must be proficient in knowledge of sonet ring ordering requirements and related network technology. - Must have excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills. The ability to communicate technical information to internal and external customers as well as multiple vendors is essential. Incumbent must be sensitive to cultural differences as we interact with customers and vendors worldwide. Must be able to translate difficult technical information into a lay language when required so customers understand expectations. - Flexibility and creativity to assist customers in delivery of circuits. - Ability to create and implement procedures is essential. Globex Services is tasked with multiple projects in a given year. These projects require the ability to quickly understand the technical requirements and its customer impact, vendor requirements, development of special processes, internal updates, etc. - Must possess excellent problem solving analysis and decision making skills - Proficient in multi-tasking - demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Must have ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a changing environment.We know that our employees play a key role in the success of our company. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree, 5 - 8 years experience in network provisioning, project management experience required, proficiency of Microsoft Suite of products is required.
