Key Sr. Accountant -- up to $65K+Bonus!

Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

-Preparation of multiple divisional reports (headcount, new acquisitions, partnerships, investments, joint ventures)
-Ad hoc analysis & managing special projects as necessary--opportunity to step out of the everyday role and be a part of team projects and presentations
-Prepare monthly reporting for corporate office.
-Reconciling all inter-company transactions and preparation of journal entries.
-Verify and process for payment all property tax bills and prepare monthly accrual.
-Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.
-Prepare schedules supporting general ledger entries.
-Record all fixed asset additions and record depreciation.
-Assist with the preparation of monthly multi-entity cash requirements.
-Review and approve A/P batch entries.
-Input and maintenance of vendor records.
-Prepare cash receipt deposits.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Requirements:

-A 4-year degree in accounting/finance/business admin. with a minimum of 3 years recent general ledger accounting experience.
-Excellent analytical and writing skills required.
-Industry experience not required!
-CPAs will be given top consideration
-Public/private mix a plus!
