Key Consolidations Mgr and Senior---Up to $80K!

We are a globally positioned, industry leading $500MM privately held corporation with plans of going public in the next 24 months. Our worldwide corporate headquarters is located on the northeast side of Indianapolis, where we are seeking key personnel in our Accounting and Finance group. Currently we are adding two newly created positions to our staff of twenty professionals: Consolidations and Reporting Manager and Consolidations and Reporting Senior Accountant.

As our Consolidations and Reporting Manager you will:
-Manage companywide consolidations of trial balances into one entity
-Manage companywide eliminations required for consolidations
-Prepare companywide cash flow
-Review company provisional balances
-Prepare and review monthly Key Performance Indicators
-Prepare and review monthly financial statements
-Track inter-company and intra-company accounts
-Handle internal and external financial reporting
-Develop internal and external relationships as needed for

As our Consolidations and Reporting Senior Accountant you will:
-Support the companywide consolidations of trial balances into one entity
-Assist with companywide eliminations required for consolidations
-Prepare, track and analyze monthly Key Performance Indicators and financial statements
-Track inter-company and intra-company accounts
-Prepare US tax schedules for quarterly estimates
-Work on General Ledger account reconciliations as assigned
-Complete other projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Our Consolidations and Reporting Manager will have the following:

-BS or BA in Accounting
-CPA preferred
-2-5 years of public accounting, 3+ years of industry experience
-Previous Consolidations and Eliminations experience
-Previous SEC reporting experience
-Knowledge and understanding of GAAP reporting requirements
-SOX understanding preferred
-Application of accounting for foreign currency exchange transactions
-Must work well in a team environment, supervisory experience preferred

-BS or BA in Accounting
-CPA preferred
-1-3 years of public accounting and 2+ years of industry experience
-Previous Consolidations and Eliminations experience
-International company/accounting experience helpful
-Strong understanding of US GAAP reporting requirements
-SOX compliance understanding preferred
-Must be able to work well in a team environment, supervisory experience preferred
