Insurance Agent needed for Worksite Marketing

National Bond and Trust Company is the country’s largest privately held administrator of payroll deduction US Savings Bond programs. We process, print and mail almost 400,000 bonds every month for over 2,200 employer groups across the country- with a number of our clients being Fortune 500 companies.

Our representatives enroll employees in the payroll deduction US Savings Bond program and offer them our optional Bond Continuation Life Insurance policy. All sales are conducted at the work site during normal business hours. The accounts are already established so there is no cold calling or home visits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skill, experience and an outgoing personality. A life insurance license and life insurance sales experience is preferred but not required. Inquiries from Agencies are welcome!

NBT offers flexible working hours, paid conventions for qualifying agents, various sales contests and training allowances.

Bi-lingual candidates and a willingness to travel occasionally is a plus, but not required.
