Infinium Business Analyst

Purpose: Local Client in Edina needs a Business Analyst for a six month contract position. Candidate must pass drug and background investigation and have excellent communication skills. Client does not offer sponsorship.

Description:

Infinium Payroll Experience, Migration and ADP experience preferred. Client is migrating from ADP and Dogherty 3rd party payroll systems
The candidate will be responsible for leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test
and training plans.

Primary duties and responsibilities: Systems configuration: 1. Infinium Payroll Software and Custom System set-up and controls and knowledge of multi-tax set-up Requirements Definition: 1. Work with /customer community to identify requirements and design options 2. Review and Prioritize enhancements as well as identify alternatives 3. Ensure customer
requirements are documented and detailed to the level required for developers to effectively design and develop software
components 4. Provide team leadership to document complex specifications.

Testing:
1. Participate in the testing process through
applying fundamental unit/system/parallel testing concepts to programs developed 2. Develop testing objectives, scenarios and
scripts 3. Assist customers in executing tests and how to document results 4. Coordinate execution and reconciliation of manual
and automated data conversions.

Training/Support:
1. Provide application support and an Expert Level 2. Produce requirements, user guide, test-case documentation, etc.
