Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

Client Operations people are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The difference with working in one of these functions at Accenture is that you’ll be in a front-line role. You could have a customer-facing position where you will have opportunities to think differently, provide input to improve processes and ultimately deliver better services to clients. In some cases, you might be working on customized, innovative services for a single client. In others, you may provide proven services to more than one client, making every day different and interesting. But you will always be focused on delivering high performance.

ITG Business Analyst

With supervision, interacts with users to gather requirements; document requirements; provide thorough communication to business owners
Works within defined processes to produce work plans for modification requirements
Works with supervisor to perform Quality Assurance activities
Works within defined processes to produce the required CMMI documentation when following the Service Request Process
Assists in migrating ITG’s objects/packages to the production environment which is conducted on a monthly basis.
Works with supervisor to provide guidance and direction to team members on technical & complex technical implementations
Interact with the users within the community when dealing with issues or problems

Other Features (e.g., traveling, shift hours, etc.):

Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of overall work experience
- 1 year of experience using the Mercury ITG Demand Management, Project Management, Change Management, and Time Management modules
- 1+ year of experience with SQL/Oracle
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Project
- 1+ year of experiance with Microsoft Office
- 2+ years of experience in Requirements Gathering and Documentation
- 1+ years of experience in Functional Design
