We seek an outgoing, team-oriented individual to fill an IS Business Analyst I position in our Minnetonka office. This is a great opportunity to work on the PeopleSoft financial system production management team. This position does require being on-call every fourth week.



Primary responsibilities include:


Support PeopleSoft financial applications including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Asset Management.
Monitor and respond to customer issues.
Analyze each issue to determine root cause and implement a solution.
Perform maintenance work such as data archiving and system performance monitoring.
Document policy and procedures.




Job Requirements:

Qualifications:


Prior professional experience with financial applications is required, along with a background in customer service.


PeopleSoft experience is preferred.


Candidates with IT experience and/or an accounting background would be ideal.


Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
