PINAL COUNTY GOVERNMENT is adding a HR Compensation & Benefits Analyst to it's staff, located in historic Florence, the successful candidate will perform professional Human Resources work involved the areas of compensation and benefits; and assist in personnel policy development and implementation, will be the subject matter expert regarding the county compensation and benefit plans. Requirements for this position Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Public, or Business Administration, or a related field. Four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience in the fields of compensation and benefits administration, including some supervisory experience. Must personify leadership qualities and a commitment to excellence. Preferred qualifications: Public sector personnel experience, certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferable. Prior experience with an Arizona City or County, experience maintaining data in the JIMS 3.0 system will be given considerable weight.
