Housewares Specialist

Summary: Purchases and merchandises housewares for the department. Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. 1. Perform all duties and responsibilities of Specialty Team Member. 2. Purchase housewares for department. 3. Responsible for achieving and exceeding margin and sales targets. 4. Request and ensure proper signs for all sale items. 5. Participate in regional promotions program. 6. Process invoices and returns. 7. Generate turn movement; and participate in monthly inventory. 8. Must strive to receive TCS score of 9.0 or better. 9. Comply with all FDA regulations when assisting customers in selecting products that best suits their needs. 10. Supervise assistant if applicable. 11. Maintain safe and organized backstock . 12. Provide excellent customer service. 13. Perform all duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to perform physical requirements of a position that requires a great deal of lifting, stacking of boxes and repetitive cutting of cheeses. 2. Do whatever it takes to get the job done!
