Healthcare Business Analyst / Project Manager

Documentation of marketing and functional requirements for new products and services as defined by customer requests and internal staff
Assist in the design of functional UI prototypes
Research and analyze business needs for enhancements
Convert business requirements into specific functional requirements and specifications
Participate in functional design sessions
Participate in internal testing of end-to-end solutions
Assist with the development of end-to-end use case test scenarios
Assist the documentation team with the development of technical and product overview documentation
Work with and support early release or beta customers
Assist with market research activities
REQUIREMENTS
HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

REQUIRED:
Strong background in the healthcare industry
Bachelors degree
3+ years developing software product specifications and a complete understanding of and experience with the software development lifecycle ( SDLC ) and product release schedules
Familiarity with systems and data integration concepts
Self motivating, self directed, good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced team evironment.
Available for up to 20% travel

PREFERRED:
Prior project or program management experience
J2EE and SOA familiarity
