HRIS Business Analyst - SAP HR

Our client, a global leader in medical devices, is seeking an HRIS Business Analyst to join their HR Team. You will support the SAP HRIS function in areas of systems and data management, data integrity, and reporting. Work closely with the HRIS group and end users to research and analyze employee data and will also be accountable for project assistance and ongoing internal user inquiries & training. Other duties will include liaison to Finance & Information Technology departments; maintaining non-employee data in the HRIS system; test and approve system configuration changes; and provide back-up for review of security administration to ensure appropriate levels of access.
REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and be proficient in SAP-HRIS with extensive knowledge of report writing. Must have strong project management skills, be detailed oriented, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Technical competence should include the creation and manipulation of data from an HR System, MS Excel (pivot tables), MS Access, and other business software. Knowledge of process re-engineering and change management is a plus as is a PHR certification.
