High School/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum five years in the professional fee/medical billing industry and three years management experience required. Two years experience with IDX system required. Strong background in staff training and development and Project management experience and skills required. Billing & Collections Specialist (3), Requisition # 25825, 25827, 25830 Requires the ability and skills to perform accurate and timely billing and collections processes for multiple specialty departments; will be required to complete all classroom and practical application modules during their initial probationary period; High School/GED required; Minimum one year experience in a specialty or medical environment required. Pro Fee Coordinator, Requisition # 25867 Responsible for maintaining and monitoring all inquiries entered on the patient inquiry database; will assist in developing office policies and procedures; required to have knowledge and use IDX, EPIC, EPR, MEDITECH and Keane billing systems; High School/GED required; Minimum two years experience in a specialty or medical environment required. Customer Service Representative, Requisition # 25908 Responsible for handling all incoming calls or written correspondence from patients, third parties, clinical departments and other internal/external areas of Johns Hopkins Medicine; use of IDX and EPIC billing systems; High School/GED required; Minimum one year experience in a specialty or medical billing experience required.
