Business Unit: GE Industrial, Advanced MaterialsFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: This role is key to driving growth in GE's Construction Silicone business. The Project Growth Leader (PGL) will interface directly with our Commercial Leadership team, Architects, Consultants and our distribution and MFR Representative networks.
They will lead the process to prioritize sales activities to increase GE's winning of bids on construction projects around North America.
Leading Construction Project Reviews with GE's Distributors, MFR Reps and Regional Sales Managers.
Identifying Key Trends in geographic construction activity, product usage, pricing and market movements by GE's competitors.
Develop recommendations on how to more effectively utilize Sales and Marketing resources.
Create Quarterly reviews for the Commercial Leadership team.
Create monthly project reports for GE's top distributors.
Travel to major trade shows and association meetings to interface with Distributors and MFR Reps.
Drives the activities of the sales force by targeting field sales resources.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * BA/BS in Marketing, business, or technical field
Exposure to professional selling environment - including one year of direct selling experience.
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong Presentation Skills
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills- Relationship-Building.Eligibility Requirements:
