Food and Beverage Analyst

Data entry of food and beverage items into recipe form into both the cookbook and AS400 system. Will also assist the F&B management in bookkeeping, labor control, food cost control, filing, typing, and clerical work. Maintaining recipe files in Stratton Warren. Analyze payroll thru Kronos and make recommendations. Analyze costs for the Food & Beverage department. Work closely with both Accounting and Inventory Control to monitor the accuracy of the data in the financials. Report discrepancies and furnish appropriate explanations to F&B Director and Accounting. Maintain documents as they pertain to labor, revenues, costs, etc., in F&B areas. Provide reports as requested by F&B Management that pertain to their particular areas.Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal communication required with sound administrative skills

Must have excellent organizational skills

Ability to work with interruptions

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

10-key calculator skills, and money handling skills

Supervisory and training skills

Must have interaction skills.
