Leveraging Unisys 3D Visible Enterprise, we make visible the impact of their decisions – ahead of investments, opportunities and risks.Job Category: General ManagementKey Responsibilities: Direct, monitor and control the activities of Medicaid Field Analysts who provide assistance to the provider community regarding all aspects of the provider inquiry; act as resource for field staff for any problems encountered in the field; accompany staff on field visits to ensure quality of visits and staff performance; conduct follow-up calls to providers concerning the quality and effectiveness of field visits; conduct independent field visits as necessary; prepare training materials and conduct training workshops or seminars for provider groups, state employees and Unisys employees; represent Unisys in interactions with health provider organizations; present briefings and participate in meetings to provide assistance and information, to obtain feedback regarding Medicaid operations, and to maintain effective public relations with the provider community.

M/F/D/VJob RequirementsCritical Technical & Behavioral Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, plus 2-3 years supervisory experience and 2-3 years experience as a field representative in a Medicaid or Medicare setting. Demonstrated thorough knowledge of Medicaid Program policies and procedures; demonstrated effective communications skills, both oral and written; availability for travel.
