JOB TITLE: Field Liason
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides day-to-day support for assigned field offices; Is available via telephone and email to resolve any outstanding order issues; Is the primary contact for all branch personnell; Establishes conference calls, as requested, to review order status with branches; Assist other Liaisons, in their absence, to cover their assigned areas. Works with team leaders/supervisors in other departments to push expedite orders thru the system; Works projected managed accounts as assigned.Skills, Experience, Education or Other Requirements Needed for this Job:
High School Diploma or GED required; some college course work or a two year college degree (A.S.) and minimum of three years related experience and/or training is preferred. Knowledge of basic telephony required; good written and verbal communications, customer service, planning, organizational, and previous supervisory experience preferred. Computer proficiency preferably in the following: Windows, MSWord, spreadsheet applications and Lotus Notes.
