Fast Track Branch Manager

Join our team!We are a growing 36 year old Executive Search firm with multiple locations in Cincinnati.
We are looking for performers who will be responsible for account management, sales, customer service, interviewing candidates, and management of 6-10 account managers/recruiters.
The position is inside work in a class A office setting. Our offices are clean, upscale and we maintain a professional work environment.
We recruit Medical Professionals.
Working hours 8-5 M-F. We strive for a high quality of life so if you are working more than 40 to 45 hours a week...that’s too much.

REQUIREMENTS
Two plus years of professional sales management preferred.No more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years preferred.
We are also looking for top performers who are ready to move into a management position within the next 90-120 days.
Industry experience a plus but NOT REQUIRED.
Strong customer service, Microsoft office / PC skills
Professional attire and communication is required.
A willingness and desire to build through creativity.
Must be high energy, able to multi-task and make smart / quick decisions.
