FLOATING COMMUNITY MANAGER

You will be a key member of the leadership team by overseeing and managing properties on an interim basis and developing training programs for on-site staff.
Will be responsible for the overall operation of the property to include:Creating strong resident relations
Budgeting of financials
Property maintenance and curb appeal
Development and supervision of staff
Creation of training programs
Focusing on the marketing and leasing of the property
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years experience residential management and/or leasing experience
Strong computer and interpersonal skills
