WEAR, the ABC affiliate in Pensacola, Florida, has an immediate opening for an Executive Producer. The person we are seeking must have solid news judgment, with at least 3 years previous news producing and news management experience; have strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute news strategies and goals in daily newscasts.Candidates must have familiarity with Florida, Alabama and national news issues. This person will be responsible for overseeing all production components, writing and execution of newscasts.
