Enterprise Operations Manager

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: SalesResponsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Enterprise Operations team responsible for Enterprise growth and strategy development while supporting all aspects of the Enterprise Commercial Team. Responsibilities include:
Support commercial activities such as: territory management and deployment, opportunity (funnel), metrics including dashboards/reporting
Ensure cross-Enterprise activities are driving stronger partnerships through creation and management of variable compensation plan and reference assessments
Identify/Drive Improvements to all process areas per field VOC- Work with field leadership to create robust monthly reporting packages that accurately reflect status of commercial operations, opportunities
Own strategic growth of Enterprise team through Customer Champion initiative and other key imperatives
Own cross-P&L communication and coordination~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: - BS Degree
Black Belt or equivalent process skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with sales, and leadership across P&
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information
Strong Understanding of Commercial Sales Processes
Experience building rapport with internal and external customers
Financial skills required for deep dives into 20 different Operating Plans and to drive rigor in these plans
Strategic thinking and planning skills a must
Proven ability to manage a complex matrix environmentDesired: MBA
