We are seeking a competitive, persuasive individual to establish and administer a professional sales program.

As Director of Sales, you will have an important leadership role on our team, working on the front lines to make the dream of homeownership a reality for your customers. You will work in a comfortable, team oriented environment with responsibility for direct sales and the operation of our innovative Glass House model home. You will work with clients, sign contracts, and close new home sales with satisfied customers.

You will be expected to
Implement a sales program with appropriate metrics, training, and supervision
Drive new sales from a variety of sources, including the thousands of prospects who walk by our model home each week
Manage your own prospect pipeline
Participate in sales and marketing initiatives
Apply your existing knowledge of selling techniques and practices
Continually improve your own product knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:



Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English). This is an absolute requirement.
Must have relevant experience in new home sales (preferably including training from a national builder)
NOT Required: Real Estate Sales License
High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Valid Driver’s License
Able to work in a demanding fast paced, team oriented setting.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Must be articulate and demonstrate a genuine desire to work effectively with home shoppers.
Able to communicate professionally both verbally and in written form.
