Dialer Analyst

Business Unit: GE MoneyFunction: CollectionsResponsibilities: * Identify and implement strategies to improve critical to quality measurements and enhance overall dialer productivity through the analysis or data and dialer operations both domestic and non domestic dialer locations
Assist in the development of DSS's to improve the dialer operations and standardization of dialer operating procedures across all sites
Ensure compliance with Corporate Operating instructions and all applicable State and Federal regulations.
Maintain regular contact with the different Collections Operational groups to ensure the overall dialer strategy is effective, and that the objectives are being met
Communicate the dialer manufacturer, dialer engineering and the Region regarding open dialer issues and servicing requirements
Work with other dialer manufacturer clients both internally and externally, sharing ideas and facilitating the exchange of "Best Practices"
Keep the collection operation informed of any activity which adversely impacts relations with client or GE Money
Design, recommend and implement champion challengers to determine optimum dialer utilization
Create and provide detailed dialer reporting and supporting analysis for not only regular business reviews (ie L2 & L4 reviews) but any ad hoc requests
Support Dialer Process Management
Maintain contact with other the Region to ensure consistency and best practice sharing
REQUIREMENTS

Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including working Saturdays, evenings, or days
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and operating instructions
2 Years Collection/Call Center experienceDesired: * Six Sigma Certification - Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
Knowledge of GE Money collection policies, techniques, and practices
Knowledge of FDR Systems and Aspect Dialer Systems
3 Years Dialer experienceGeneral: Responsible for global dialer analysis for RCF Collections (Canton, India, Juarez, Monetrrey, Edmonton and Philippines). Provides data for Op Reviews, improving dialer metrics across all sites, testing multiple champion/challenger strategies and suggesting technical enhancements for productivity gains.
