DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Marketing
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and delivering effective marketing and external communication plans and positioning tactics, understanding the key issues/drivers of the business, and strategizing, creating and implementing the messages that will resonate with current and new customers in support of sales goals. The ideal candidate is experienced, high-energy, customer-centric and creative with an ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Marketing experience in the franchise arena will be helpful.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
•Develop a marketing strategy and produce an annual marketing plan
•Develop company collateral including brochures, presentations, sales tools, etc.
•Experience in strategic development and execution of consumer promotions and advertising projects
•Manage production of web/print/digital materials with outside vendors
•Manage PR and corporate marketing activities
•Evaluate competitors, market conditions, customer research and analyze success of marketing programs with key metrics and analysis skills
•Promote brand awareness and maintain brand integrity including trademark registration/administration
•Solid understanding of the fundamentals as relates to creative and media development, database management, targeting, testing and results analysis
•Experience across all media (print, radio, direct mail, outdoor, online, TV)
•Develop and review all corporate communications including administration of the web site
•High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
•Goal oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Ability to interface with all stakeholders(i.e. customers, associates and franchise owners)
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Four year college degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising or related field
•Minimum 3yrs consumer marketing experience with successful track record of effectively managing and growing business through results-driven communication programs
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
•Experience with Adobe toolset including: Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop; Microsoft toolset including: Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
•Superior writing, editorial and presentation skills
