POSITIONS TO START AS SOON AS AUGUST 21, 2006!!



Base pay is $10.30-$11.30/hr + Shift Differentials + Bilingual skill differentials + Monthly incentives!!!





Responds to inbound phone inquiries from customers and, if applicable, assists retail store associates regarding specific customer service related questions and concerns. Additionally, performs the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to our existing customers.  Must be empathetic, and present a warm, respectful tone, consistently meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. Must comply with company policies and procedures and consistently meet performance targets. REQUIREMENTS


In a limited service environment, use strong problem-solving skills and quick, effective decision making to resolve customer inquiries in a highly professional and courteous manner, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the requisite policies and procedures applicable to specific service processes.
Effectively utilize negotiation skills to cross-sell an expansive set of products and services to customers.
Maintain detailed knowledge of an expansive set of product and service offerings to our customers. Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing telesales practices.
Operate in a goal-oriented environment, achieving individual and team performance targets and core competencies.
Sales experience; 1 to 2+ years preferred.
Phone center sales/servicing 1 to 2+ years preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Proven sales skills.
Strong problem solving and decision making ability.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Exceptional flexibility and reliability required.
Good PC skills.
Must meet all performance expectations of current level.
