Corporate Business Analyst
Uline, the leading international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, seeks a Corporate Business Analyst for their Waukegan, Illinois, Corporate Office, north of Chicago.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Work closely with the President of the Company on various issues/projects on a daily basis

Assess and document existing business procedures in different departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, etc) and identify where improvements can be made

Evaluate, coordinate and implement plans to test business and functional process

Develop recommendations for new methods / procedures, implementation plans, schedules and written reports for management to evaluate

Research and analyze other comparable organizations/operations

Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with management & employees

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

MS Office (Access, Excel, etc) skills a plus
