Contract Manager for Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC) program IDIQ omnibus schedule for Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Ashore, Naval bases worldwide. Manage all aspects of contract management - prime contract, subcontracts, procurement of material. Ensure compliance with DOD acquisition and procurement regulations and company policy. Manage proposal activities in bidding Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. Responsible for drafting and updating procurement policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements: Education: MBA desired, BS/BA in Business or Finance required. DOD professional certification a plus.Work Experience Field: Minimum of 10 years work experience with DOD contracting/procurement. Work experience with NAVFAC programs/contracting desired.Special Skills: MS Office proficiency
