The Jacobson Group is seeking a polished individual to join as a Contract Manager in our Chicago office. The Contract Manager is responsible for developing and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and vendors; this is accomplished through interacting frequently with client service managers and staff throughout the company. This role includes but is not limited to: consulting with staff to prepare cost estimates, identifying new and/or complex legal issues inherent in client and vendor contracts and consult with legal advisors accordingly, and work closely with Jacobson’s insurance broker to secure cost-effective coverage for Jacobson employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or Staffing Compliance Specialist experience (five plus years)
Staffing or professional services experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Legal/Paralegal background a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized
Absolute integrity
