TITLE: Contract Director, Systems Segment Support

POSITION REFPORTS TO: Chief Compliance and Contracts Officer

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
?BS/BA with JD or other applicable advanced degree with Professional Contract Management Certification preferred;
?10 -15 years experience negotiating and managing complex technology systems contracts with State and other Public Sector clients.
?Must be a hands-on, dynamic professional; a self-starter with strong negotiation skills.
?Must possess detailed knowledge of IT contracting, software product sales, IP and Licenses.
?Must be able to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment and successfully execute complex tasks in a timely manner.
?Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills and be able to successfully interact and influence at all levels of the organization and with Public Sector clients and commercial prime contractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Ensure review, approval and execution of bids, contracts, subcontracts and all other Agreements & Licenses in accordance with Corporate Policy.
?Develop and implement processes to ensure ongoing review and administration of all Segment contracts/agreements to ensure that issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner in support of attaining Segment business and profit goals.
?Serve as primary interface with clients for negotiation, contract administration, change order management, and all contract compliance matters.
?Maintain formal contract records and correspondence regarding proposal submission, contract and subcontract negotiations, subcontract and contract administration.
?Plan and participate in training of program level contract staff.
