Commercial Lean Leader

The successful candidate will provide process leadership to drive growth & productivity, using Lean across the entire commercial team, focusing on the NPI, ITO and OTR processes.Responsibilities:
Enable the US Commercial Organization to function consistently and seamlessly by streamlining all processes - internal and customer-facing - that impact the ultimate customer experience
Drive standardization of commercial practices around the following key areas:
New Product Introduction - Maximizing the commercial impact of introducing and selling a new offeringo
Inquiry to Order - Drive order quality and an enhanced customer experience that simplifies the order entry process and drives business resultso
Order to Remittance - Identify and reduce waste within the OTR chain, minimizing the margin impact caused to the business
Balance the need for flexibility with the need for consistency and repeatability in customer facing activities, including positioning, offering presentation and customer touch following order entry
Lead all activities around creating the value stream maps and subsequent kaizens to drive the desired changes in the business~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree
6 months exposure to Lean methodology
1 year of experience developing and presenting information / analytics to key stakeholdersDesired: * Intense customer focus complemented by the ability to identify operational risks and design mitigation plans
Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate an organizational matrix * Proven and effective communication skills
Demonstrated focus on execution and intense analytical rigor
Tolerance for ambiguity
