Performs patient assessments, community education, presentations, including face-to-face contract and written correspondence. Promotes a positive image of Regency Hospital Company through these daily activities. Develops and implements strategic planning for territory management, follows through, and continual growth as it relates to Regency Hospital Company services. Coordinates all aspects of the patient evaluation. Provides education and resource information to the community, patient, families, and physicians to maintain an excellent service level. ~
