About Us:
We are Collecto, Inc. We are a national debt management and recovery resource company. We are headquartered in Norwell, Massachusetts (Boston area), and maintain regional centers in Chicago, Dallas and Denver. We are currently seeking a Client Services Manager for our office in Dallas, TX. This position reports to the Regional Director.
Client Services Manager
The Job:
The Client Services Manager is accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the Dallas support team. The duties for this department include, but are not limited to, handling client calls, inputting and quality control of new business, tracking and processing direct pays and monthly client statements. Must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, with flexibility to work additional hours, including Saturdays, as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in resolving intensified questions or problems they've encountered.
Ensure client new business (automated or manual) is processed. Notify regional management of files received. Produce new business reports.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on direct payments, report requirements and client calls.
Ensure that procedures are being followed and that all collector requests (3500's) for back-up documentation are responded to.
Prepare monthly and weekly reporting requirements for all assigned clients.
Assure quality control on daily, weekly and monthly client statements.
Ensure Credit Bureau updates are completed and returned.
Assist management in running client analysis and statistical reports.
Verify timesheets, process Personnel Action Forms, document absences and approve/disapprove time off requests and advise management on personnel issues regarding policies and procedures.
Assist Bookkeeping Department with staffing and processing as needed.
Assist Operations Manager as directed.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications And Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or business experience equivalent to a 4 year degree.
1-5 years experience in a collection agency environment and/or customer service department.
Excellent grammatical and communication skills to read, interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Excellent mathematical aptitude to update clients' financial statements.
Professional in attire and demeanor.
Ability to perform and lead effectively in stressful situations and to solve problems as they occur.
Ability to guide, direct and train subordinates.
Must be reliable and dependable, and have excellent attendance record. Flexible to work additional hours as needed.
Must be dependable and courteous as this person is the main and sometimes only point-of-contact for many clients.
