You as a Sales and Financial Analyst will-

o Develop, review, analyze and prepare sales reports for utilization by senior management and the sales force. This would include but is not limited to sales results, market coverage, pipeline management, new names, and referrals.
o Review, analyze and report on financial information produced by management reporting systems.
o Develop and structure general knowledge management resources, sales tools and sales tracking projects.
o Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on marketplace activity.
o Participate in goal setting and validate and analyze performance of sales force against established goals.
o Financial Analysis (partnering with CFO group)--Review and research actual to plan, and actual to prior year variances.
o Annually prepare division budget. Prepare monthly forecast for division. Prepare ad hoc financial reporting for information and decision making purposes.
o Establish appropriate metrics, benchmark division against similar units and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
You and your skills -

o Understanding of accounting and excellent analytical skills.
o Excellent computer skills and extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products especially advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
o Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to speak in front of a large audience.
o Highly developed interpersonal skills, can work well with a variety of constituents and is a team player.
o Strong organizational, prioritizing and delegation skills.
oIs responsible for driving significant projects to completion with no direct reports and minimal supervision.

Education - Experience

o Bachelor's Degree
o This position requires approximately five years' experience in sales analysis and development and/or marketing as well as financial analysis experience. Prior retail banking experience is highly desired.
