CPFR Analyst

* Works directly with Wal-Mart Replensihment to receommend and implement forecast adjustments that will positively affect store in-stock inventory numbers.
* Creats and maintains weekly and montly KPI reports (Key Performance Indicators).
* Monitors Wal-Mart scorecard and suggests ways to improve performance.
* Monitors CPFR system and SWAS reports weekly to ensure appropriate product flow and minimize out of stocks and maximize sales.
* Particpates in meetins with Wal-Mart Replensihment, merchandising, and supply chain logistics as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
* 4 year college degree in business.
* 2+ years experiencein CPFR/replenishment
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Retail Link required.
* Strong organizational skills to prioritize and utilize time efficiently.
* Strategic thinking and problem solving skills required.
* Must have the ability to gather data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for improvement.
* Must possess a high level of professionalism.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of Wal-Mart and internal management team.
