Use strong skills with Cisco Call Manager, Unity voicemail, and IP Contact Center (IPCC) administration and support in the following role:
Participate in a team environment in the operations of the Regence telecommunication system
Expected duties include: Telecommunication System support, circuit orders and termination requests, implementation of moves, adds and changes, hardware and software installation and configuration, carrier circuit management, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Combine your current knowledge of telecommunications technology & industry standards with the following skills:
Associate Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration; OR a related field
Appropriate additional relevant experience beyond the minimum required experience may be substituted for education
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience; 4 years of the experience must be consecutive and the past 2 years must be in a related position
Training and certification with Cisco IP Telephony (CIPT), Cisco Voice over IP (CVOICE), and Unity System Administration (UCSA) required
Good working knowledge of Witness Systems and / or Verint Systems call recording and knowledge of legacy PBX operations and support
Must have demonstrated proficiency in customer support operations
Must have integrity and trust and effective problem solving skills
Possess a drive for results
Effective time management and organizational skills in prioritizing and executing assigned tasks
Must be able to develop positive relationships and effectively communicate with internal customers, coworkers and all levels of management
Must be able to plan and manage his/her own work load and be accountable for commitments and work with minimum direction
Effectively adapts to rapidly changing technologies and methodologies and applies them to technological and/or business needs
Must be able to work with telephone carriers to perform troubleshooting and installation functions for 56K, T1, DS3, and other services
At least 1 year of hands on experience with operational sustainment in a Cisco IP telephony environment; in depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager version 4.x or later, and Cisco Unity voice mail; training and experience in configuration and operation of Cisco IPCC Enterprise or Express; and experience with SRST and configuration of dial-peers in VoIP gateways desired
