Business Systems Analyst-ERP/Oracle/SAP

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST-ERP/ORACLE or other ERP such as SAP--Financials
My well known technology driven client is seeking a seasoned business systems analyst with 8+ years working as a systems analyst and 10+ years of IT background. This role will work closely with the business users to facilitate changes and a move to new ERP solutions. This client is going to move to a newer version of Oracle apps in the near future. Skills will include: must have strong ability to deal at all levels in the business to guide users to the best IT solution; USE case analysis preferred; UML; object modeling preferred; Rational Rose preferred; functional areas must include Financials-GL, AR, AP etc.; must have full life cycle development background; must also have worked with a well known SDLC, RUP preferred. Plusses include Oracle, SAP, Agile development methodologies. This role requires a basis in applications development and implementation of ERP solutions from a technical background. Pure functional analysts will not be considered for this role. Must have an assertive personality in order to drive solutions to completion.
