Business Systems Analyst

Provides support, user education, and training for all users of Business Systems within 14 North American Facilities. Will work with MANMAN ERP system supporting internal customers.

Qualifications:
BS in Information Technology or related field
Five years of ERP experience supporting manufacturing systems (Experience with MANMAN and Cognos QUIZ preferred)
Experience with the following: Inventory, Work Orders, Routings, Bill of Materials, Order Entry, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, MRP
Microsoft SQL (reporting services preferred)
COBOL programming
Complete MS Office Suite (including MS Access)
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of management to clarify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

Continually seeks opportunities to increase process/system efficiencies, customer satisfaction and overall business improvement.

Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.

Must be proactive and able to work with little or no supervision.
