Surgery and Access Management have an immediate need for a Business Analyst to fill the following responsiblities: Authority on user needs & workflows
Provides the domain knowledge required by other team members
Helps translate high level business problems into actionable problem statements
Evaluates options to find those we can deliver & that will deliver value customers see as superior
Writes clear Use Cases & user interface requirements that can be easily traced back to business problems
Is the authority on functionality during design and launchPosition Description

Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Partners with users to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.Minimum Requirements

6+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology. Significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.Additional Knowledge & Skills

Clinical OR Nurse or Scrub Tech experience preferred
Use of Clinical IT systems or administration
Scheduling/Surgical SolutionsEducation

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experienceCertifications

PMI Certification preferred.Physical Requirements
