Business Operations Analyst

NTCA is a 550+ member association that provide a variety of insurance plans to our member companies and the Asheville Service Center is the main processing center for the benefit programs.

This position provides expert advice to staff on workflow analysis and procedures, provides key assistance on all new initiatives and assists in their implementation, and develops and makes presentations related to new benefit programs and services.

Qualified candidates should have experience in project management, technical writing, productivity analysis, as well as procedural problem and method analysis. Experience with employee group benefits a plus. Excellent benefits package and great work environment in our beautiful Asheville office.
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding and working knowledge of the following:

Sound communication principles; project management applications; technical writing; work measurement development and administration; procedural, problem, method analysis; proposal development and presentations; and employee group benefit programs.
