Business Objects Requirements Analyst

Key Role: Serve as part of a key Booz Allen team engaged with a federal government agency to develop and deploy a business performance metrics system. Work on a highly visible project with aggressive schedules on a team whose results will have a significant positive impact on a major agency's organization. Apply a wide range of experience and skills in functional and data requirements gathering, draft requirements documentation, provide user support, and offer guidance to team members and the client. Work independently with minimal direction.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-6 years of experience with progressive work in requirements analysis

-4+ years of experience with the full system development life cycle

-1+ years of experience with Business Objects

-Ability to configure and translate functional requirements to Business Objects

-BA or BS degree



Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with federal government consulting

-Experience with the requirements management tools RequisitePro and ClearCase and with Microsoft Office 2003, including Project

-Experience with leading focus groups in joint requirements development

-Experience with the Business Objects performance management module a plus

-Experience with business performance metrics a plus

-Experience with Extensity GEAC Decision Tool a plus

-Ability to translate customer needs into functional design requirements

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
