We are seeking an experienced Business Objects Administrator to join our Minnetonka, MN office. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced Fortune 100 healthcare environment. This job entails full control of our Business Objects XI Release 2 reporting environment as it grows to thousands of users. The hired individual will have the chance to lay the groundwork for a large, dynamic and challenging environment while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies.

Key responsibilities include:



Installing, configuring, performance tuning and troubleshooting the environment


Maintaining the Business Objects environment on a day-to-day basis


Developing usage policies and procedures
Setting up reports in advance that will be run a scheduled or ad hoc basis

Job Requirements:

Significant Business Objects development and administration experience is essential for this position. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. A background in healthcare and database administration or business analysis is a plus, as is familiarity with Cognos and/or OLAP.
