Job Description:
The selected candidate will lead and manage a team of IT analysts/developers responsible for the creation and support of reporting solutions, coordinating all requests and managing the full implementation life-cycle for delivery of reporting solutions (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support). Additional responsibilities include evaluating new and existing reporting and intelligence products within the Oracle product family, developing/delivering future information delivery strategies and ensuring that accurate and complete documentation is provided for all reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), ideally with a combination of Information Systems/Computer Science and Business Administration. Experience in project management and implementation life-cycle, delivering Reporting and Intelligence solutions and as a developer, systems/business analyst and team manager required. Strong analyzation, organizational, project management, team leadership, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Must also possess sound SQL (select) ability and at least readability of PL/SQL along with familiarity with Oracle tools used to build reports or query databases.
