You’ll be responsible for providing scheduled reporting to all levels of management and staff. Identifing trends and provid feedback regarding portfolio and staff data. The Business Information Analyst must work closely with management, staff, systems administration, IT, training, and quality assurance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies trends to leverage current technologies and/or improves current processes to gain additional
efficiencies
Creates Ad hoc reports
Analyzes data and risk data, provides suggestions for short-term and long-term strategies and solutions
Collections Focus
Works closely with management, regional dialer administrators, collections staff, IT, training and quality
assurance to develop a beneficial reporting system
Assists collections support and other departments with information-gathering projects
Loss Recovery Focus
Works closely with management, Loss Recovery staff, IT, training and quality assurance to develop a
beneficial reporting system
Assists Loss Recovery support and other departments with information-gathering projectsQUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 – 3 years related work experience
Completed SQL, Unix NT, OracleSKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Advanced analytical skills
